Our board is made up of sports enthusiasts that have had their lives changed for the better because of their involvement in their chosen sport. Meet our Board below and learn about skills we need for our board and specific projects.
Pam Fernandes - President
Pam is our founding President and the instigator of this project. In addition to being our first supporter, she is our current president.
Ed Kross - Treasurer
Ed is a former ultracyclist who’s life changed for the better when he discovered cycling. While he would love to race on a local velodrome, he also looks forward to bring the life-changing experience to the rest of the community!
Graham Rae - Clerk
Graham is involved in local masters bike racing and a local community bike club in the New England area.

List of skills we need
We are currently looking to expand both our board and our volunteer project managers who focus on specific tasks. These task managers would work with and report to the President. Please contact us directly so that we can discuss opportunities both on and off the board tailored to your skills, strength, and available time. We would love to have your help!
We are looking with individuals who have grant writing and fundraising experience to help point us in the right direction. We need both a Head Fundraiser Wrangler for the board as well as fundraisers to handle on-line events, in-person events, grant writing, etc.
We are currently looking for someone who can offer us advice on buildings that could house a velodrome. Designing a velodrome is a very specific project, but we aren’t quite there yet! We would like to speak with you about more general architectural concerns!
We are starting to look at towns, places, and properties that are open to working with a non-profit like us. However, we need expertise to advise us on how to continue to have this conversation and help us choose a location!
We are looking for someone with legal experience to help guide us on our continued growth path. We have taken care of the initial steps of becoming a non-profit… but we are still young and need your legal help!
We are looking for someone who has general marketing experience and can help us with printed material and/or social media presence. Since these are two very different needs, we would be happy to work with you and focus on only one area!
